Sorry to say, but that really sounded nothing more than petty whining than anything else. I wouldn't even bother calling it a speech given how it was both disorganized and poorly produced. If you get another chance at making the argument, I would say concentrate on the wording and add a bit of grammar as well. Then not only will it be easier to understand (as in harder to be taken out of context), but it will present itself with some manner of importance and intelligence.
